Hi, I’m Kamoya,

I am a fitness enthusiast and former personal trainer. My mission is to make working out fun and enjoyable for Plus Size Women and Beginners. I know what it’s like to obsess over the scale, go on strict diets, do brutal workouts, and still never feel good enough in your body.

I’m here to give you the support and encouragement you need on your fitness journey to help boost your confidence. You are allowed to be a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time. 

I believe it’s important to see different body types in the fitness industry. This is a supportive and body positive space where you can find motivation to workout and be apart of an amazing community with thousands of women on a similar journey.
